Product introduction LEANOMS
Water well drill pipes are essential tools used in the drilling of water wells for various purposes, such as residential and industrial water supply, irrigation, and geothermal heating and cooling systems. These pipes are typically made of high-quality steel and are designed to withstand the rigors of drilling through different geological formations.
Products Structure Features LEANOMS
Water Well Drill Pipe Structure Features:
The male joint and female junction of the rod tube make up the Water Well Drill Pipe. Axial perforations are present in both the male and female joints. The Water Well Drill Pipe male joint and the female joint are provided with the shaft shoulder, and the end face of the rod barrel and the end face of the male joint female joint are welded together in the interference fit mode. The rear end of the male joint and the front end of the female joint is embedded into the axial hole of the rod tube.
Regardless of the type of rock, hole depth, or drill rig, Water Well Drill Pipe is crucial to all DTH drilling.
In mines, quarries, highways, railways, and other construction sites, Water Well Drill Pipe is typically used to drill blasting holes, guardrail holes, mountain reinforcement holes, anchoring holes, and other engineering holes.
The pipe is more durable thanks to the thread connector's friction welding, forging, upsetting process, and nitriding treatment.
Typically, we provide 50mm, 60mm, 76mm, 89mm, and other sizes. All Water Well Drill Pipe is friction welded, and the threads are typically conventional API connections such as 2 3/8" API REG thread, 3 1/2" API REG thread, API IF thread, and so on. Tubes with lengths ranging from 1000 mm to 5000 mm are available upon request.
Water Well Drill Pipe, which is used to attach the drilling rig's surface equipment to its bottom equipment or bottom hole equipment, consists of a pipe body and tool adapter (a box and a pin) that are welded together. Water Well Drill Pipe can withstand high internal and external pressure, twist, bend, and vibration, and it may be used several times during the extraction of oil or gas.
Steel tubes known as drill pipes, which are frequently employed under tension at the upper portion of the drill string to pump fluid and transmit torque to the dth bit, are equipped with threaded ends known as tool adapter.
Packing LEANOMS
Water well drill pipes are typically packaged and transported in a way that ensures their safety and prevents damage during transit. The packaging methods may vary based on the manufacturer, the type of drill pipe, and the specific requirements of the drilling project. Here are some common ways water well drill pipes are packaged:
1. Bundling: Water Well Drill Pipe are often bundled together in sets. The pipes are placed parallel to each other and secured with straps or steel bands. Bundling helps in organizing the pipes and prevents them from rolling or moving during transportation.
2. Wooden Crates or Boxes: Some manufacturers package drill pipes in wooden crates or boxes. The pipes are placed inside the crates and surrounded by cushioning materials such as foam or rubber to absorb shocks and vibrations during transportation.
3. Pipe Racks: For larger quantities of drill pipes, especially for industrial or commercial drilling projects, pipes are sometimes loaded onto pipe racks. These racks are designed to hold multiple pipes securely in place, making it easier to load and unload them from trucks or other transportation vehicles.
4. Protective Wrapping: Individual Water Well Drill Pipes are often wrapped in protective materials such as plastic or paper to prevent scratches and corrosion during transit. The wrapping also helps in keeping the pipes clean and free from contaminants.
