Product introduction
::LEANOMS
Thread rock drill bits are special types of drill bits used for drilling rock formations. They have threaded cutting structures that screw or spin into the rock to efficiently break it up.
The main body of thread drill bits are cylindrical and made of hardened alloy steel for durability. A common configuration has multiple tungsten carbide or diamond cutting inserts attached in a helical pattern around the bit surface.
These cutting inserts are designed similarly to threads on a screw - they have a sharp leading edge to initiate cutting, flank surfaces to break apart the rock material, and a trailing surface for chip evacuation.

flushing hole function
::LEANOMS
The thread button rock drill bit relies on its internal fluid passageways to efficiently flush cuttings from the bottom of the borehole during drilling operations. As the bit rotates at high speeds, drilling mud is pumped under pressure through channels drilled in the steel body of the bit. This mud is then directed out of openings positioned near the helically arranged rows of cutting buttons attached to the bit face. As the threaded buttons penetrate deeper into the rock formation, the high-velocity fluid jet exiting the bit works continuously to wash away any broken rock chips or debris accumulating at the bottom of the deepening hole. Deflectors aim to focus the outgoing stream of mud outward along the perimeter of the borehole wall, effectively sweeping cuttings upwards and preventing a buildup near the cutting surface of the buttons. This consistent flushing action is vital for thread button bits, as it keeps the bottom of the hole completely cleared of cuttings to ensure optimal drilling conditions for the buttons to efficiently fracture the hard subsurface rock with maximum penetration rates.
