Products Description LEANOMS
Power is transmitted from rock drill piston to rock through T45 Extension Rod, which has one side attached to a coupler or shank adapter and the other side connected to a threaded drill rod.
T45 Extension Rod, with male threads at both ends, connects with a shank adapter through a coupling sleeve. T45 Extension Rod can divide into round extension rods and hexagonal extension rods, and is widely used in bench drilling, bolt hole drilling, production drilling, long hole drilling, small hole drilling and other fields.
LEANOMS presents a wide range of shanks, drifter bars, couplings and bits. Drifter bars have a powerful pin thread on the impact end and a smaller pin thread on the bit end. MF drifter bars have a box thread on the impact end and are threaded into the nock adapter directly. Typical drill bits range from 35 to 57 mm diameter. This product also includes reaming equipment for drilling large diameter relief holes.
Extension drill steel, T45 Extension Rod, Extension steel, M/F rod (speed rod), and produce are some alternate names. round and hexagonal cross sections, In addition to being heavier, more rigid, and better at transferring energy, hexagonal rods also increase flushing. Round rods are typically used in extension drilling applications because they are typically lighter than hexagonal rods. Conventional extension steel is distinguished by duplicate thread on both ends of the steel, with the longer steel typically being larger in diameter.
Steel hollow drills are used to make T45 Extension Rod , which come in lengths ranging from 600 to 6400 mm. During drilling, this hollow hole, known as a flushing hole, is used to transmit air or water. The threads can also be used to connect bits, shank adapters, or couplings.
