Our mission:
Focus on drilling clients requirement and challenges, and continue to help them reduce drilling
costs and create greater productivity. Make the drilling works more successful.
The LEANOMS Tricone Drill Bit range includes geometries and cemented carbide grades for various surface and compressive strengths, abrasiveness, massiveness, and homogeneity of rock, as well as various penetration rates and drill rig capabilities and characteristics. Longer bearing life is provided by innovative bearing technology and improved geometry, materials, and machining methods.
Tricone Drill Bit Features:
1. The drilling formation and drilling rig have an impact on the Tricone Drill Bit's working life.
2. Rock formation:Very soft, low-compressive-strength, high-drillability rock types include shale, clay, sandstone, and conglomerate.
3. Bearing on journals. bearing surface with a hard face. The cone's interior hole is silver-plated. The bearing has greatly increased load capacity and seizure resistance.
4. The O ring seal's higher saturation and wear resistance, along with its increased seal section and carefully crafted scaling flange in the cone sealing area, have increased the seal's dependability.
5. An all-rubber compensator that can control pressure differential and keep drilling fluid out of the lubrication system is used, giving the bearing system a high degree of lubrication assurance.
LEANOMS's Tricone Drill Bit selection includes blasthole bits for mining applications as well as bits for construction and civil engineering applications. The product is suitable for hole diameters ranging from 200 to 311 millimeters (7 7/8" to 12 1/4" inches). There are air-cooled and sealed bearings available, as well as a variety of carbide grades and insert geometries with cutting structures that are optimized for all conditions.
