Tricone Drill is a drilling technique that uses a sharp, Tricone Drill Bits to bite its way through the earth's crust. To achieve the desired effect and outputs, it relies on high rotational speeds and thrust without percussion. The rock is fractured in rotary drilling by a combination of "pull down" pressure on the bit and rotational power "torque." The rock is gouged, chipped, and ground with weight. Tricone Drill Bits can sometimes be used in place of a DTH hammer. It is used in the building, mining, and oil industries, as well as water and thermal wells. 1. Sealed Roller Bearing Bit Cutting Structure: For steel tooth bits, premium tungsten carbide hardfacing is used to increase the teeth's wear-resistance.
Gauge Structure: The ability to hold a gauge and the bearing life are increased by multiple gauge protection, such as gauge trimmers on the heel, gauge inserts on the gauge surface of the cone, tungsten carbide inserts, and hardfacing on the shirttail.
Structure with Sealed Bearings:
