LEANOMS can provide the DTH Hammer Drill Bit with cemented carbide buttons that are extremely wear-resistant. Buttons are strong in the mining process and can meet the requirements of various rocks, with a very long service life.
Button Shape: Domed, Spherical, Parabolic, Ballistic, Sharp, Flat.
DTH Hammer Bit Shank: DHD3.5, DHD340A, DHD350R, DHD360, DHD380 etc.
Hammer Drill Bit Diameter: 85mm-305mm
Bit Face Design: Flat Face, Convex Face, Concave Face, Drop Center, Double Gauge Face.

(1) Made of premium nickel-alloy steel 25SiMnCrNi2MoVA for increased durability and wear characteristics, and YK 05 tungsten carbide, the same grade as a well-known international brand.

(3) The entire CNC processing procedure ensures quality consistency and reliability.

Based on the characteristics of wells, oil, gas, and construction drilling, our company self-designed, developed, and manufactured this type of high air pressure DTH Hammer Drill Bit.
It has the following characteristics:
1. Using the most recent rock drilling theory, optimizing the inside structure and the size of the air distribution, the DTH Hammer achieves optimal energy transfer, faster drilling speed, and lower air consumption.
2. For projects such as the drill bit breaking, making retrieval difficult, we designed a safe and dependable anti-shedding device for the bit.
3. To provide more efficient cuttings discharge, the check valve can be replaced with one that has a larger ail controlling hole.
