Products Description LEANOMS
HQ impregnated diamond core drill bit is special designed to drill high quality core bits. It's structure is very strong, and it is evenly distributed with diamond particles. This design makes the bit extremely durable and powerful, allowing it to easily drill through a variety of rock layers.
Manufacturing Process LEANOMS
Hot Press Sintering Method:
First, mix small diamond particles with metal powder, then put them into a mold. After that, place the mold into a machine with high temperature and pressure, so that the metal powder will bond with the diamond particles to form a very sturdy drill bit. Drill bits made this way are especially strong and can be used to drill holes in various types of rocks.
Pressureless Impregnation Method:
In the pressureless impregnation method, diamond particles are mixed with a metal or synthetic binder in a liquid form.
The mixture is then poured into a mold containing the drill bit matrix, allowing the liquid binder to infiltrate the matrix pores and embed the diamond particles.
After curing, the binder solidifies, holding the diamond particles in place and forming a robust cutting structure.
Secondary Brazing Method:
The secondary brazing method involves attaching individual diamond elements or segments onto the drill bit matrix through a brazing process.
Diamond segments are typically brazed onto the matrix using a high-temperature brazing alloy, creating a cutting surface with exposed diamond crystals.
This method allows for precise placement of diamond segments and customization of the cutting profile for specific drilling applications.
Type & structure LEANOMS
Type:
Surface Set Impregnated Diamond Core Drill Bit:
Surface set impregnated diamond core drill bits feature a single layer of diamond particles embedded on the outer surface of the bit matrix.
These bits are well-suited for drilling in soft to medium-hard formations, providing fast penetration rates and good core recovery.
Matrix Impregnated Diamond Core Drill Bit:
Matrix impregnated diamond core drill bits have diamond particles distributed uniformly throughout the entire matrix of the bit.
This type of bit offers improved durability and wear resistance, making it suitable for drilling in harder formations and abrasive conditions.
Structure:
Single Tube Impregnated Diamond Core Drill Bit:
Single tube impregnated diamond core drill bits consist of a single tube design where the diamonds are embedded directly into the bit matrix.
These bits are lightweight and efficient, making them ideal for shallow to medium-depth drilling applications.
Double Tube Impregnated Diamond Core Drill Bit:
Double tube impregnated diamond core drill bit feature an inner and outer tube design, with the diamonds embedded in the outer tube.
The double tube configuration provides added protection to the core sample, especially in unstable or broken formations, and allows for the use of larger diameter core barrels.
product packaging
LEANOMS
Individual Packaging: Each HQ core drill bit for concrete is individually packed in a protective case or box to prevent damage during transportation and storage. This packaging ensures that the drill bit remains in optimal condition until it is ready to be used.
Identification Label: A label indicating the size, type, and specifications of the HQ concrete diamond core drill bit is affixed to the packaging for easy identification. This label helps users quickly identify the appropriate drill bit for their drilling application.
Protective Padding: To further protect the HQ Impregnated Diamond Core Drill Bit from impact and vibration during transit, the packaging may include foam padding or other cushioning materials. This padding helps absorb shocks and prevents the drill bit from shifting or sustaining damage.
