Our mission:
Focus on drilling clients requirement and challenges, and continue to help them reduce drilling
costs and create greater productivity. Make the drilling works more successful.
Carburization is a process that strengthens and extends the life of Tapered Drill rods by hardening their entire surface, both internally and externally.
Regarding the drill application area, Tapered Drill Rod is a significant spare part. There are two types of extension rods: round and hexagonal.
However, since all extension rods are threaded and made of hollow drill steel, they are typically hollow.
During drilling, this hollow hole, known as a flushing hole, is used to transmit air or water. For connecting couplings, shanks, couplings, or bits, two ends threads can be used. The term "M/F rod" is used when one end of an Tapered Drill Rod is male and the other end is female. Extension rods typically have two male ends. Tapered Drill Rod require couplings to be connected, but M/F rods do not require couplings because one end is female.
It has a long service life.and they’re also subjected to high bending stress, transferring the percussion energy from rock drill to drilling bit and then into the rock.
The drive end of drifting drill steel is typically bumped up for increased strength at the rock drill end in order to accommodate larger diameter and shank adapters. Drill steel for rock drilling tools is readily available in many standard lengths, and can be matched to the drill feeds on the many drifting jumbos that are currently available. It is possible to use a rock drill bit with a diameter that is more similar to the steel diameter, improving flushing and hole accuracy, because the coupling does not enter the hole.

Shank Hexagon: 22*108 mm, 25*108 mm, 25*159 mm; 6, 7, 11, 12 degree taper in most lengths; drill steel taper degree is mostly imported for excellent drilling productivity.
