The following disassembly process starts when the front top sub and the rear top sub have been loosened. Disassembly of all DTH Drill Hammer.
The unloading process is similar, and the differences between one type and the other are described below, please pay attention to check.
Care must be taken that the piston can only be removed from the rear top sub-end.
1. Once the DTH Drill Hammer is disassembled, it will be difficult to distinguish which side is the front top sub end and which end is the rear top sub end, so make a mark on the outer casing to distinguish the positions of the front and rear top subs.
2. Disassemble the DTH Drill Hammer top subs., DTH bit, and stop the ring from the outer casing together.
3. Remove the retaining stop ring and "O" ring from bit shank.
4. Remove the front top subs from the DTH drill bit.
5. Remove the rear top subs from the other end of the outer sleeve.
6. Remove the DTH Drill Hammer check valve and check valve spring.
