Things to note before assembling the impactor:
1. All parts must be kept clean and free of dirt and other dirt;
2. All burrs and scratches on the parts must be processed; all burrs and scratches should be removed with emery paper of 600 or more meshes.
3. All parts must be lubricated with special lubricating oil, preferably the same type of lubricating oil used on the drilling rig.
4. All damaged "0"-shaped rings must be replaced. To prevent the "0"-shaped rings from being cut or torn, the "0"-shaped pattern mesh must be soaked in oil.
5. If the corrosion of the accessories is serious, it is very useful to spray some anti-rust oil on the threads of the accessories. In order to ensure that the threads are clean and dry, sufficient air-drying time is required.
