When drilling in tough ground conditions, LEANOMS' Symmetrix Overburden Drilling System method remains one of the most cost-effective alternatives for casing installation. When installing permanent casing, the Casing Drilling System method eliminates the need to leave costly ring pieces in the hole.
Through unstable ground conditions, the Symmetrix Overburden Casing Drilling System is intended to drill and case a hole simultaneously. The full face head design created by the driver bit and a satisfactory ring or reusable ring greatly increases drilling penetration rate and hole straightness. The internal flushing grooves and built-in casing shoes provide a strong seal to the drilling hole's button, minimizing disruption to the area around the drill hole.
Casing Drilling System is appropriate for drilling water wells, geothermal wells, short miscopies, medium mini-type grouting holes for buildings, dam and harbor projects, and short miscopies.
1.Before drilling, the ring bit and casing shoe assembly are welded to the casing. With a hammer, secure the assembly into the pilot bit. The upper shoulder of the pilot bit makes contact with the casing shoe's shoulder.
2. Rock is crushed by the percussive energy of the hammer as it passes through the pilot and ring bits. Impact energy advances casing in part.
3. After drilling and casing are finished, the drill string with the pilot bit is retrieved by slightly rotating it counterclockwise to release the bayonet coupling. Only if the casing is found will the ring bit be able to be recovered from the hole.

LEANOMS developed its Casing Drilling System technique for strata with siltz sand or small-sized pebbles after years of field work and study. With its basic structure, simple operation, and dependable performance, this system can simply advance the casing to a depth of 30 meters and is retrievable with a long service life.
Our MISSION:
Focus on drilling clients requirement and challenges, and continue to help them reduce drilling
costs and create greater productivity. Make the drilling works more successful.
