Hydraulic DTH Hammer Drilling is a major reform of conventional rotary drilling and a new drilling method after modern diamond drilling and air drilling. It makes good use of the weakness of hard rock, which is brittle, has low shear strength and cannot withstand impact force. It is an effective drilling technology to solve the problem of low drilling efficiency and poor drilling quality in hard rock layers and some complex rock layers.
Compared with conventional rotary drilling, Hydraulic DTH Hammer Drilling has the following advantages:
